這是在旅遊生活頻道
傑米．奧利佛（Jamie Oliver)新一季的美國飲食大革命節目中最後撥出的歌

當時背景是Jamie為了要實現他對美國人飲食習慣的觀念改變理念
花了很多精力方法去跟當地學校，社區領導者溝通
中間遇到很多很多的阻力，但因為他有強烈的信念也就一一去克服
他的出發點是希望大家生活更好，從飲食下手是他能發揮的影響力
這也跟健康很有關係

他鼓勵社區不管是大人小孩，不要擔心太多，只要你想要改變，去做就是了
然後不要小看一點點的改變，不要小看自己一點點的力量
有做就一定有影響，如果大家都這樣相信的話
